Account and Data Deletion

1. Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your Neeko account and the personal data linked to it at any time. We offer two ways to do this.

From within the app (fastest)

1. Open NeekoApp and sign in with your parent account.
2. Follow the steps Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
3. Once you confirm, your account and the associated data are permanently deleted.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, write to support@neekoai.com.tr from the email address registered to your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion". After verifying your identity, we complete your request; on deletion the email and profile are anonymized immediately and the action cannot be undone.

2. Data removed when your account is deleted

• Parent account information (name, email address)
• Child profile (name, age, interests)
• Paired device records and activations
• Conversation summaries and in-app user content

3. Data retained for a limited period due to legal obligations

Under applicable legislation, certain records may be retained for a limited period (for example, invoice and transaction records, for the period required by tax legislation). Such data is kept only to the extent and for the duration required by legal obligations, and is deleted once that period ends.

4. Backups

Deleted data is also removed from backups within the regular system backup cycle.
