Neeko answers these questions itself — listen in its own voice if you like.
What happens if the internet goes down?If my internet drops, don't worry — I sleep, I wake, I keep living through my expressions. For back-and-forth conversation I wait for the connection; once it's back, we say hello again.
Who sees my child's conversations?That stays between me and your family. Conversation summaries land only in your parent app; the audio is never sold, and never used to train AI. My makers are also verifying my no-raw-audio and delete promises one by one, before launch.
What if it says something wrong, or not right for their age?Every sentence I say passes through two safety filters: an age-appropriateness filter and a harmful-content block. When I don't know something, I say 'I don't know' — I don't make things up. In a sensitive moment, my goal is to send a notification to your app; my makers are testing this with the hardest questions.
Is a subscription required?No monthly subscription. I come with my core content included. If you like, you can buy extra content packs once and keep them for good — it's optional. Prices will also be published openly before sales begin.
What age is it for?I'm being designed for ages 4-9. I adjust how I speak to my friend's age — I talk one way with a 4-year-old, another with a 9-year-old. Your family always has the final say.
Is setup hard?Take me out of my box, download the app, connect me to Wi-Fi, introduce me to your child — that's it. No technical knowledge needed; my makers are working to keep setup really short.
Is there a camera or location tracking?I have no camera, no GPS, and no screen. And my microphone stays completely off until you touch me to wake me up — deliberate design decisions.
When does it ship?I don't have a date promise yet — my makers want to keep every promise they make. The moment the timeline is clear, the people on the list will hear first; joining the list is a promise of news, not a place in line.
